![]() ![]() We have been to places where they would have took our money and not rescheduled, but not these guys. They rescheduled us another time and were extremely nice about it. I called and spoke with someone and explained my situation and they were more than accommodating. I was in a panic because I had already paid for this ride. We arrived on time, but were at the wrong place. So, when we get to the island, we asked for directions and received wrong directions. First, let me say that we scheduled this ride two weeks before our trip because all the reviews said to schedule before times filled up. ![]() Now it is a game to see where we can go to ride. These guys are great! My daughter and I love to ride horses everywhere we go on vacation (she is 13). In addition I spoke with your guide and you tipped her well and told her you had a great time, so I’m unsure at what point you decided that you were unhappy. I am sorry you were unsatisfied, but your judgements of the company policy’s are unfounded and inaccurate. also our company not control the wind.or rain.or sun, but we much more prefer a windy day with no bugs in comparison to a scorching day on the beach.Īlso as your safety video pointed out, horses are live animals, this is an interactive activity, you can’t just sit.Īlso our rides cannot be cut short because we go to a specific marker before we turn to come back and to make it to that marker and back takes an hour, give or take a few MINUTES depending on the horses walking pace, which can vary (by minutes) daily and are out of our control. yet you complained they were the opposite, so obviously the horses you were on were well rested. also if you knew horses in general you would know that “exhausted” horses are Very slow and compliant. ![]() because we also rotate horses out if they have a photo shoot, are in a film, or if they need to see the Ferrier or the vet. the group you saw worked last 3 days before. so had you inquired about the horses work load we could have shared this with you, the horses are on a 3 day rotation. Our company maintains a herd of over 50 horses, we have a max on a trail day of 22 horses, but normally(9/10) take out 12 horses any normal day. ![]()
